INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA GLOBAL COMMUNITY E EXPO PLATFORM

In particular, registration allows you to carry out the publication of news, the opening of specific thematic discussions, formulate collaboration proposals that fall within the scope of specific initiatives.
The purpose of the platform is to offer operators in the Blue Economy sector in general, both in the production sector and in services, representatives of organizations and institutions involved, representatives of organizations operating in scientific research, education, training and technology transfer. and in innovation, a space for comparison and sharing for the exchange of knowledge and the definition of collaborative projects, facilitate the creation of partnerships and access to networks, services and platforms with purposes consistent with the objectives, promote comparison with the guidelines regional, national, European Union politicians and other supranational bodies supporting research, innovation and competitiveness.
1.2 With specific regard to the legal basis, expressly referred to art. 6, GDPR, in relation to the processing purpose set out above, it is specified that the personal data you provide are processed in accordance with the specifications set out in the same article 6, paragraph 1, letters a), b), f).
2. Type of data processed and registration methods on the Global Community Expo Platform
2.1 In order to complete the registration on the Global Community and Expo platform and allow the validation of your user profile, it is necessary that you provide the personal data indicated below, by filling in the appropriate form. Some of the appropriately marked data requested are compulsory and public because they are aimed at guaranteeing an interaction between registered users consistent with their specific areas of competence. In particular, in order to be able to fully use the services and features made available Global Community and Expo platform, it will be necessary for you to provide the following personal data:

· Valid email address (compulsory and reserved)
· Tags and Areas of Interest (compulsory and public);
· Photo (optional and public);

Registration by providing the personal data and the consequent validation of your profile will allow you to access the services / tools made available by the Global Community and Expo platform, namely:
· Community: for the creation of working and / or project groups and / or sharing of common interests;
· Discussions: facilitate and convey discussion between users on specific issues relating to the Blue Economy;
· News: sharing and disseminating articles on the Blue Economy to other users on the platform;
· Organizations: make available on the platform a file of both public and private organizations in order to facilitate the matching of supply and demand and encourage professional collaborations;
· Surveys: collection of data for subsequent analysis;
· Collaboration proposals: search for skills, partnerships, resources needed to carry out the project or activity that is the subject of the proposal;
· Expression of interest: expressing interest in participating in a specific initiative;
· Collaboration proposals: publish collaboration proposals for platform users;
2.2 Alternatively, you can also register through the main social networks such as Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter. It will be sufficient to enter the credentials (email address and password) used for accessing the social networks and, the further authorization to process the data requested will be formulated during registration to the corresponding social network. network.
3. Web surfing data
3.1 The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Global Community and Expo platform acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but they could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computer used by the user connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier), addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to verify its correct functioning.

The processing will be carried out by electronic and / or automated means, in accordance with the principles of necessity and minimization to allow you to use the features and services available on the platform. 7. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of any refusal

In the different case in which you believe you do not want to formalize your registration on the platform and only want to participate in the events organized by Global Community and Expo, it will be sufficient to provide only the personal data indicated in the specific section dedicated to the events promoted by Global Community and Expo.
8. Communication and dissemination of personal data
The personal data you provide and those collected through the web services referred to in par. 2 of this information, will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller and the Managers appointed for this purpose pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, in particular, by Centro di Competenza Distrettuale Soc.Cons.le and by any duly appointed suppliers of specific services, as well as by the related personnel adequately trained in the treatment and protection of your data. And this, in order to guarantee you the same level of security offered by the Data Controller. With reference to the same personal data, Centro di Competenza Distrettuale Soc.Cons.le, in consideration of the specific skills, also carries out the duties of IT systems administrator, with the exclusive task of managing the correct functioning of the platform for the provision of Global Community and Expo services and functions. Furthermore, your personal data will never be disclosed to third parties, except in fulfillment of any legal obligations or motivated orders from the judicial authorities. Outside of these hypotheses, your data will not be disseminated or communicated in any way.
9. Automated processes and profiling
The personal data you provide are not subject to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling, capable of producing legal effects of any kind for you, or even significantly affecting your person.
10. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union
Your personal data collected and processed for registration on the Global Community and Expo platform will not be transferred to companies or other subjects located outside the European Union.
11. Data retention times
We inform that your personal data will be kept as long as your registration on the Global Community and Expo platform is active. At any time, you can cancel your registration from the Global Community Expo Platform. As a result, your profile will be made completely anonymous and obscured, where the contributions you provide and / or published on the Global Community Expo Platform will remain available in order to ensure their usability by active users. Following the cancellation, the personal data you provided during registration will be kept for a further period of 3 years, at the end of which the complete elimination will be carried out.
For the Newsletter service, the data retention time is unlimited, in relation to the delivery times of the service and your registration on the Portal. At any time, therefore, you can unsubscribe using the link highlighted at the bottom of the newsletter received via email. In this case, the data will be permanently deleted after 13 months from the user's request. However, it is possible to request the immediate cancellation of the data by writing to the following email address: email@example.com
The web surfing data, appropriately anonymized, will remain available for statistical processing and will never be deleted from the servers, unless expressly requested by the user to be sent in the manner described in point 12 below ("Rights of interested parties") of this information. The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes aimed at damaging the Portal.
12. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to art. 15-22 of the GDPR, you can assert the following rights:
